Stratus Errors

If an error occurs, the Stratus Icon will change from a white cloud to a red cloud.

Depending on the nature of the error, you may also receive email notifications from InvoiceCloud with additional information about the error.

Once the error has been resolved, you must select the Reset Icon Until Next Error option from the Stratus menu. This will reset the notifcation system and the Stratus icon back to a white cloud.
